Staff Corporate Security EngineerElliot Kartus is the technical lead for Cockroach Lab's Corporate Security team. As a Staff Corporate Security Engineer, Elliot's focus is on maintaining the security posture of Cockroach Labs endpoints, email systems, SaaS applications, and more. Corporate Security is focused on constant risk reduction and working with every team at CRL to improve security and spread best practices. Elliot has been working in IT since he was a teenager poking holes in his home router configuration to better play Counter Strike online. In his spare time, Elliot continues to be a gamer and avid sim racer, when not giving attention to his dog Otto.
